Branch of SUE RC "Crimean seaports" "Kerch ferry crossing" is created on the basis of the order of SUE RC "CSP" from 18.06.2014. No. 51. The organizational structure includes: fleet and onshore production units: energy site (power supply for the infrastructure facilities of the Branch and maintenance of energy facilities), a site for integrated mechanization (maintenance of ships and shore facilities), telecommunications and radio communications (provision and maintenance of radio and telephone devices etc.), the service of cargo and passenger transportation (dispatching the work of ships, cargo-and-passenger operations, solving production issues, knitted with fleet operation). The main activity (mission) is the provision of services for the carriage by sea of trucks and passengers by self-propelled ferries of the Branch. The transportation is carried out regularly, according to the approved timetable on the auto-ferry passenger line "Kerch-Kavkaz", registered by the Federal Agency of Sea and River Transport of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation for No. Yu-6/5.
On the balance of the Branch there are two self-propelled ferries: "Yeisk" and "Kerch-2". Ferries operate round the clock and year-round, have an ice class, which allows transportation in ice conditions. Also in the operation of the Branch there is a self-propelled ferry "Nina Malkova", the shipowner of LLC "Vostok Transgroopp".
Self-propelled ferry "Yeisk":
The passenger capacity of the "Eysk" c / p is 54 people. (members of the crew of trucks). The maximum possible loading of the ferry with light-duty trucks is 17 units.
Self-propelled ferry "Kerch-2":
The passenger capacity of "Kerch-2" is 60 people. (members of the crew of trucks). The maximum possible loading of the ferry with light-duty trucks is 20 units.
Transportation of passengers by self-propelled ferries on the registered auto-passenger ferry line No. 06/5 "port Kerch-port Caucasus". Self-propelled ferries "Yeisk" and "Kerch-2". The total passenger capacity of ferries is 114 people.
Transportation of goods by self-propelled ferries on the registered auto-passenger ferry line No. 06/5 "port Kerch-port Caucasus". Ferries "Yeisk" and "Kerch-2". The total maximum capacity of low-tonnage transport on ferries is 37 pcs.
The ferry service operates around the clock at any time of the year. Vessels can carry cargo and passengers in ice conditions.
