The territory of the port is 19.28 hectares, the water area is 32756 hectares, the length of the berthing line is 1016.6 m. Today the company renders services for the main type of processed cargo - cargo motor transport, oil products, inert cargoes, general cargoes grain. The port can process perishable goods (meat, fish) while restoring the working capacity of refrigeration equipment. All berths are equipped with railway tracks. There are 7 branches of railway tracks with a total length of 4292.6 m. The station serving the port (Departure 11th kilometer) is 1.5 km from the port. The Kerch Sea Fishing Port carries out the entire complex of works related to the carriage of goods by sea, their transshipment to other transport vessels, freight forwarding services, storage of cargo and other services to ensure the reception of ships. The port is equipped with gantry cranes, carrying capacity from 3 to 20 tons. It takes from the ships bilge, fecal and oily water, supplies them with water. Specialization: The port also houses a large grain terminal with a one-time storage capacity of 30,000 tons. At present, the terminal processes at the berth of a vessel with a displacement of up to 35,000 tons to a draft of 6.5 meters with subsequent loading in an external roadstead. The grain loading capacity per vessel is 5000 tons per day. The productivity of automobile and railway acceptance of grain cargo is 3000 tons per day. Taking into account the loading / unloading fronts, the port is able to process 86 railway wagons per day, including up to 36 general and bulk cars and 50 liquid wagons. At the moment, the main type of vessels being handled is cargo-passenger ferries located on a constant cargo line (on the line of the KRP - Caucasus port, at No. 24 there are three ferries, the daily amount of freight transport is 250-450 pcs.), Oil products, grain cargoes. Types of vessels, by categories: dry cargo, cargo-passenger ferries, tankers, oil-loading bunkers with displacement up to 35 thousand tons.

At the moment, due to the convenient location and proximity to the main construction site for the construction of a transport crossing, the port has concluded long-term contracts for transshipment of any nomenclature of goods with contractors "SGM-Most". Under the inert goods are suitable ships of the river-sea class, under the unloading can simultaneously be two ships. Standards for unloading sand / gravel - (hold-gondola) 1st layer - 1140 tons, 2nd layer - 762 tons, 3rd layer - 360 tons per shift. Berths №1 and 5 are equipped with 2 cranes "GANZ" with payload up to 6 tons and platforms with the possibility of placing up to 15 thousand tons of loose cargo.

Handling of dangerous goods:
The port's capacity for handling dangerous goods and fuels and lubricants is:
Berth №1: manifold with the possibility of loading / unloading tankers with draft up to 6.5 meters. The possibility of simultaneous loading of eight cars, power of pressure up to 4 kg. The amount of fuel that can be transshipped is unlimited. It is possible to unload a tanker-truck on the direct option. Berth №5: manifold with the possibility of loading / unloading vessels, the maximum draft of which is 6.2 m. The capacity of the pumping station, at this berth is two pumps of 250 m3 / h. Storage is possible in 4 vertical tanks with a total volume of 4000 m3. On the territory of the branch of the State Unitary Enterprise of the Republic of Karelia KMP "KRP" there are tanks belonging to the company LLC "TPP Terminal" with a total volume of 20 thousand m3.
