The Government of the Russian Federation approved Resolution No. 938 of November 27, 2010 “On standards for disclosing information by natural monopolies that operate in transport terminals, ports and airports and services on the use of inland waterway infrastructure” in accordance with the Federal Law “On Natural monopolies ”and decided the Federal Tariff Service to approve the forms, terms and frequency of disclosures provided for in subparagraphs" a "," b "and" e "of paragraph 9 of the standard disclosure.
