List of documents required for the conclusion of the contract:

legal and postal addresses;
telephone, fax, e-mail;
OKPO, OKVED codes
full name of the bank and the city of its location, BIC of the bank;
a bank account;
the charter or the document replacing it;
document confirming the legal address (certificate of ownership, lease agreement);
document confirming the fact of making an entry in the State Register;
a power of attorney for its representative signing contracts with the signature of the head and chief accountant;
certificate of registration with the tax authority;
a letter from the bank confirming the existence of the company's accounts with the bank, indicating all the necessary information about the bank listed above;
the order on appointment of the head of the enterprise or the power of attorney.
